    what meat did you use?

    also I recommend
    a) slicing thinner pieces
    b) also frying the лепиња buns in the fat from the meat, not only does it give it flavour makes it much more tender and warm

    They usually put cabbage instead of lettuce and pickles and onions could be chopped, this is more burger coded.

    Awsome. As your meat preparation skills get better you will realise that you dont need to add other stuff. You only need onions, and tucana paprika (ground spicy red pepper) and kajmak but not sure if you can get kajmak near you.

    Did you ferment the meat?

    You need to mince it, spice it up and leave it to ferment. Then mix it again well and only then barbecue it
