We don’t have the capacity for VOLUNTARY drug and psychiatric treatment! So this will cause further delays there and/or be an excuse to lock up sick people who need help.
It feels strange to be not disagreeing with him politically so much as being shocked at how out of touch he is with how things work in the real world.
