Thanks, now I understand why the VDV are called “airborne forces”

That’s it. Now I’ve seen everything. The russian are now really using pickup vans in frontal assaults?!

Man, the driver kept going even after the truck disassembled around him.

Not just the driver. It looks like at least three dudes got launched and possibly a fourth or at least parts of a fourth.

I suppose if they had had their seat belts on they would have all launched with their seats still attached to them.

The state of what was once a beautiful landscape makes me sad

  9. Why did they drive into a minefield? Like they had to have known it was a minefield, right?… Right?

One minute you’re invading a free and sovereign country and the next you are in bits and pieces. Go home russians and live.

I dunno, field with a bunch of craters…should probably avoid it?

  12. One moment, you’re a soldier in a warzone. You feel badass and cool — like a warrior. The next moment, you’re 50ft in the air and flailing wildly as you see the ground rapidly approaching, just as your body realizes it has metal embedded in 90% of its mass.

    Crazy way to go.

  13. I’m so happy to see Ukranian helping cosmonaunts reach new heights! Surely times are changing!
