I’m claiming *Flights, Not Feelings* because wow, that was right up my alley. I was literally ascending just like the ae in the video, lmao. Savage is still my favourite aespa album, so I’m excited that the aesthetics and general vibe seem closer to it.
I feel like I’m gonna be playing Whiplash and CRAZY by LE SSERAFIM as sister albums for 2024, which is fantastic because they’re two of my favourite groups!

Their sound has become so recognisable by now, but this still sounds so fresh!! I really love the more sensual tracks on first listen, Flights, Not Feelings and Flowers are going straight in the playlist upon release I fear. Really curious about the TT now too, it’s sounds absolutely insane.

On a tangent, the visuals from this preview makes me want an aespa x Anyma collab so badly. Anyma is a producer known for his live visuals as well as his techno music. He’s actually headlining the Sphere in Las Vegas for New Year’s. I could see aespa on one of his techno songs and the visual for it could future the new ae-aespa.🤖

Definitely more cohesive than Armageddon. The vibe each song has melds well based on this medley. Flights, Not Feeling and Flowers are my standouts. Aespa really fits this moody Pop-RnB sound for a lack of better terms like Lucid Dream or I’m Unhappy. Or pop-rock anthem like sound in Live My Life or Just Another Girl in here. These are their better b-sides tracks.

My two personal picks from the snippets are Whiplash and Flights, not Feelings. Whiplash is just so fun already —it sounds like a revamped 2unlimited club track (older millennials should know haha). FnF is, in a word, transcendent. I really hope the full tracks do the teasers justice.
