Oktober startete Russland einen Raketenangriff auf den Hafen von Odessa, bei dem Zivilisten getötet und ein unter panamaischer Flagge fahrendes Schiff beschädigt wurden. Die Ukraine braucht leistungsstarke Luftverteidigungssysteme zum Schutz ihrer Häfen.
