Go here, they are open from Monday to Friday (8am to 11am), they will tell you
happened to some clients in rental company that I used to work at.. it can range heavily.. like 30 to just below 100. To know the exact price you must go to their offices or call the rental company and get more info that way

Go to the komunalna policija offices, they work from 8 am to 11 am (monday to friday), there’s a link to it in one of the comments. They’ll tell you more about it.
