Punxsutawney Phil, the groundhog weather prognosticator from Punxsutawney, PA said, and I quote: “I’m just a dumb animal that predicts the weather, but I’m not dumb enough to say that I can control the weather.”

      When she says “they” does she mean the goverment? Cuz last I checked she is “they”.

      Or does she just mean the democratic side has the technology and power to change the weather?

      Cuz if it’s the first one, well, she’s yelling at herself.

      If it’s the second, boy, idk how the dems managed to hide goverment weather control devices from republicans sharing the same building, but I digress. Shes done nothing of note except be loud.
