NO. That will not fix a single thing and only make a bigger mess. But I doubt rage farmer Mr. PP wants to solve anything.

  2. All of these war hawks need to be locked up. Anyone cheering escalation in the region is selfish and myopic. Not only will this cause untold casualties (both arab and Israeli) it will also make life harder for nearly everyone in the west except for the elite.

and I don’t support pp trying to drag us into a war in the region. if Israel wants to start a war that we and our NATO + EU + G7 allies need to clean up then we need to pull all support.

The problem with giving even a nod towards proactive military action internationally – you don’t get to decide when a nation or a internationally-acting group choose to act proactively… against you.

That was the insanity of the Bush-Cheney administration post-9//11 foreign policy: pre-emptive defense is called initiating hostilities. It’s Tom Cruise bad “I predict the future, trust me bro, he will deserve getting killed if I didn’t kill him first” movie logic. And we all saw how well that did for the USA – 2002-2008.

Crazy stuff. We’re no longer good guys if we are aggressors. Sets low standards. Next China will attack Taiwan. They feel threatened. They say that now. No high ground when it comes to Russia invading Ukraine.

  6. The leader of the opposition is supposed to be criticizing the government by pointing issues and problems with their policies and proposals, and by proposing alternatives that serve the welfare of Canadians.

Insults, childish rhymes and advocating for a large scale war between nuclear armed foes is not on the job list. He was so out of line that even the speaker of the house of commons kicked him out for a day.

You hit their nuclear facilities once and knock them out… for a time. They relocate those facilities and do everything to hide and protect them. They get more support from Russia and China and just might fast-track their progress to obtaining a nuke.

Israel and the US look like the bad guys and the problem is not solved in the slightest. The MAD strategy is back on the table from the Cold War past and we hurtle towards annihilation.

That’s wild; I know this is just rhetoric and Canada has zero power in this matter, but this is one of the dumbest things he’s said alongside suggesting interference with the BoC.

Israel, if they must escalate, should only target military facilities or at most, domestic oil infrastructure.

  9. As I’ve said before PP is answering his masters. He regularly takes part in private lobbying events in Toronto from some pretty shady characters that constantly post online about their glee in signing warheads that kill child in Gaza, that protesters should be gunned down in the streets, etc. this isn’t surprising in the least.

He copy/paste Trump to the millimeter. Just like Marine Lepen in France and other Europeans country.

It seems there is a “far right wing playbook” going around.

The next step is letting Ukraine to Russia lol. They are funding this alt-right for real.
