      I wonder how much energy it takes to source, recycle/extract the copper, and covert into wind turbines and solar panels?

      Rip out the electrical system in 10 Downing street and have them live by candle light for a month and i’ll believe that it’s imperative. “You must ask what you can do for your country, but not me, because i’m the prime minister and i’m far too important”.

      Here’s an idea, why not , you know, pay people for recycling and share the savings? Like every other European country does with bottle deposit schemes and the like?
