Can confirm this to be true. One of the houses on our road had a demo order put in place due to the foundations.

It’s a game of cat and mouse except it’s 2 cats. Have a quiet word with any engineer up there and you’ll see why the government are fighting back. Problem is, genuine applicants are getting caught in the middle though.
