    Just a guess, but these people in the ‘green’ countries are also probably the happiest.

    I understand the answer is largely “old people in remote areas,” but still, as an American, I find some of these high numbers very surprising. I guess Europeans may be less likely to own smartphones—plausible—but so much shifted online during 2020, I am surprised that that didn’t force more people online at least temporarily.
