In the two most populous counties affected by Helene (Buncombe and Henderson), Biden had 124,000 votes. So he had -11,000 votes in the other 24 counties?

With the exception of couple of small bubbles in western NC, it’s pretty much a sea of republican voting counties. I agree with your sentiment, but this isn’t about republicans and democrats.
