    Well done!

My main data viz feedback would be to make your x axis continuous, not categorical (it’s a bit subtle in your case, but you can see that x ticks that are 1 day apart are the same distance as those with 3 days, for example).

  3. I have two concerns:

    1. X-axis labels are (a) ineligible and (b) not evenly spaced. E.g. 3 measurements in July, 12 in Februrary. So the data is distorted; I recommend a scatter plot (so that x-axis has positional meaning).

    2. You’ve lost about 25% of your body mass in less than a year, starting from a not-that-high baseline (for reference, I’m 5’6″, 155, and pretty fit), to a low weight. BMI calculators [yes, BMI is a terrible measure, but it’s relevant here] show you went from the high limit of “normal” to the very low end of “normal.” I really hope you have a slender frame, b/c < 110 lbs at your height scares me. I wrestled at 103/112/119 lbs in high school; it wasn’t a healthy weight, at least for me. In short, I’m not 100% sold this is “good” weight loss.

I joke with my wife that I have the same height/weight/BMI as James Harrison ([1109-james-harrison.jpg (1109×614) (heartyhosting.com)](https://cdn-ami-drupal.heartyhosting.com/sites/muscleandfitness.com/files/styles/full_node_image_1090x614/public/media/1109-james-harrison.jpg?itok=EQhs4E1s&timestamp=1518216238)), former Pittsburgh Steeler linebacker, in his prime playing days for the Steelers.

Do I have his same ratio of muscle? That is not relevant. I’m the same height and have the same BMI!!!

I really need to lose weight. I feel like constant tracking of myself like this, from OP, would help. I need daily reminders and daily checkins. Otherwise, it just doesn’t work.
