Ireland, Austria, and Switzerland are some of the biggest security risks outside NATO to NATO, Mexico for the US, when it comes to the new Russian-NATO Cold War. Moscow takes advantage of these neutral states against the states they in a Cold War with, specifically UK, Germany, France, and the US.

The Ireland state isn’t friendly with Russia like Hungary or Slovakia, it’s just neutral and incompetent to these security risks.
