Does anyone have the version without the paywall ?

I’m not sure coliving weighs *that* much in the housing prices.

  2. That’s one way to say that singles can’t afford to rent/buy their own place and need to turn to coliving

3 bedroom flat means three childless couples. Six salaries should be enough to pay for it, no?

Quite honestly I think people buying a second property and renting out their apartment for example has much more to do with this. I have seen many cases of this already.

Well, let’s regulate and reduce the prices, so less fortunate people can afford to rent.

Rentiers don’t work, live very comfortably and never know any hardship. So, nothing justify the prices they put to rent. Let’s enforce a set price per m², publicly regulated and controlled, that’s the same in all Belgium. The wealthy who own these buildings shouldn’t have a say in rent price, since they lazily live from passive income and hardly contribute to anything in society since passive income aren’t taxed enough compared to taxes on people with active jobs.
