Two students, Anhphu Nguyen and Caine Ardayfio, made an app called I-XRAY. This app works with Meta’s Ray-Ban smart glasses to find out who people are just by looking at them.
How it works:
* The glasses can take short videos without people noticing.
* These videos go to Instagram where an AI monitors the feed.
* The I-XRAY app uses smart computer programs to:
1. Find pictures of the same faces online
2. Look up personal info about those people
The app can find things like names, addresses, and phone numbers of people the glasses see. With this it’s easy to see how these glasses could be used in ways that might make people uncomfortable about their privacy.
It’s peoples own fault if they use those glasses and end up permanent at emergency departement.
This is your daily reminder to lock down your social media accounts to private and don’t post anything personal about yourself online. The world has changed.

Headline of news should be: “Stalkers and perverts would love this new tech! Read to know why”
Thats a crime in it self to track people thru ai if you not working as cop or military. So no.
