In my opinion, if she was a better actor, she would get more offers as a female lead. The only movie I can think of where she is a lead is Zach and Miri Make a Porno.

She’s not a particularly good actor or director.

She continues to get work, so she
should be thankful that in an industry where people wash up very fast, she still has the ability to find roles, that may not be what she envisions for herself, but continues to provide her with a lifestyle most people dream of

This woman is insufferable. I liked her the first time I seen her in Zack and Miri. But the more shes gone on, the more she just comes across as desperate to liked and relevant. How she recovered from that embarrassing calling out of Steven Spielberg, Ill never know. Youd think if you were going to publicly call someone out at an awards show for the movies they’d made only starring men, youd take a quick look at their IMDB page just to make sure.

But no, she steamed right in and it last about 2 seconds before people started shouting the names of movies that started women. Just a pure brass neck of a woman. She needs to stop talking, and just focus on making movies.

She’s great at comedy, great personality. But like that quote sounds kind of entitled

Really because I heard she’s a manipulative person and an awful person to work with and tried to screw over talented women on Bottoms (she produced it) I’ll leave it at that

Yeah that’s what happens when you play the funny woman they cast you as the funny woman. She wanted leading roles she should’ve went for them.
