For any non-Europeans who are like 😱😱😱 reading this news – it’s not super common any more but this is periodically a thing that happens. It’s more likely when construction is being done and people are disturbing soil that hasn’t really been touched since the 40s.
Bombs are commonly found in Europe. Germany? detonates 2-3 a week.
