Salt an lemon
Popular, but not even close to specifically Cypriot.
Fasolada is supposed to be Greece’s national food. I don’t know if they just lumped us together. But in the old generation especially it is indeed a staple food of Cypriot cuisine but can be argued if it would claim the no1 spot.
Ampelopoulia.
Obviously souvla is our national dish. That or sheftalies.

Usually a “national disk” is a staple food that almost everyone eats often (i.e. once a week)
Fasolada yiahni (with tomato sauce) in Greece is quite common in Cyprus not really. In Cyprus I always remember plain (white) beans (usually with olive oil and raw onion or as a salad with cucumber and tomato) as a much more common staple food.
Mutzendra (lentils with rice) is more “Cypriot”
Kolokasi and Souvla are definitely Cypriot but the first not that often and the second is more festive food (eben if it is every Sunday 😋)
