    Wie faul ist das?


    Ich habe eine Vermieterin mit einem Konto kontaktiert, das diesen Monat (?) erstellt wurde, und dies war eine ihrer Antworten. Mir wurde gesagt, ich solle vorsichtig sein, und aus irgendeinem Grund klingt das faul. Würden Sie zustimmen?

      Read those two Wiki pages, particularly the second one.

      It’s not “fishy”, it’s a scam.

      Nothing works like that. Landlords want to meet their tenants, but to vet them, not to “let themselves be registered together”.

      You will end up paying the fake “logistics company”.

      German does invite you to create long sentences, but those are a bit over the top long.

      Would say it‘s a scam. The sending of the keys is super fishy.

      100% a scam. If they want to mail you the Keys, it is a scam, always.
      And the German in this mail is really bad. I always wonder why scammers don’t ask ChatGPT or a native to check their texts.

      Scam. If you want to see how it works, play with them and agree to them. But **do not pay anything** before you have the keys and seen the flat and signed a contract. And i bet all three points will not happen, even if you would pay. Also use a throwaway mail and don’t give them personal data, best use a fake name and tell them you don’t have a phone number because you have to wait for the contract or such bullshit… oh, maybe I’m too much on r/scambait, just look for another flat.

      Lol why do people even ask these questions. If you feel it’s a scam then it’s 100 percent a scam. If its Easy or cheap,then that housing is scam
