Sounds like a plan. Let’s hand that fucker a map that looks like Johnson Vs Goldwater . . . .

Landslide talk is dumb hubris bullshit. Focus on winning Georgia, Pennsylvania and Michigan.

Or a Congress that would actually pass something to declare him disqualified.

  4. That would do it as far as his prospects for POTUS, but he has had such a strong influence with the GOP base that it will be felt for years, if not decades, to come. I fear we will be dealing with residual Trumpism for a long time after he is off the stage, like we have had to deal with Reagan’s antipathy towards government after he left office.

  5. trump will be too decrepit in four years to run again. When he loses this election they’ll abandon him for someone just like him, but smarter. And that’s the real thing we have to worry about.

I was so happy when Biden won thinking I’d never have to hear trumps voice again. Then he’s back like a virulent disease.

I think a landslide is a double edged sword.

On the one hand yes it will show Trump and Maga that they’re a dying breed and to shut up and go home,

On the other, can you imagine how loud these motherfuckers will cry about the election being rigged if they lose by a substantial amount?

This clearly won’t end on election night, the only hope is that they lose by enough that whatever energy they might have dies quickly

  8. Moore is saying what everyone has been internally thinking for years. This was obvious even before 2020, but the problem is that it hasn’t happened.

  9. I do wonder how much more he could destroy the Republican Party if he tried to run again in 2028.

Tbph that is perfectly fine on the risk to reward scale assuming some variables. His sway is diminishing but his radical behavior is a staple. So as long as all the resources are being pooled into a failure with an increasingly marginalized base I hope that he continues to decline while the static base supports him. This is assuming a stable pool of rational individuals greater than his base and minimal acts of violence ( e.g. the acceptable amount of violence from trump supporters is none). So it kind of runs alongside a best case scenario. But my weekends are also politics free so hopefully this translates properly and the edible hasnt yet hit.

Let’s be real: there is ZERO chance of a Harris landslide. She just needs to focus on the Rust Belt. Part of why Hillary lost is because she aimed for a landslide with Florida and Ohio and even Texas.

Undecided voters who are suddenly interested in the US committing war crimes will definitely be a contributing factors in this election.

  13. He kinda disappeared for me when Biden won, he only came back once Biden started to slip.

Kamala will not slip, they have very little sound bites on her when she misspeaks .

  14. It doesn’t matter how much he loses by. Whatever amount it is will be proof the election was rigged.

    Lost by a landslide: rigged

    Lost by a whisker: rigged

No he won’t, the media will follow him until he dies. Even if in prison they’ll interview him for his “presidential viewpoint” for whatever is going on and blame random people and things and keep the base angry.

  16. Phantom_Taker on

I actually would like him to run again in 2028 and lose once again, crippling the republican party in the process.

  17. igotabridgetosell on

Meh, I just don’t think a candidate can survive two presidential election losses. And if he were to run the third time, unless some crazy things happen, it’s a guaranteed loss. So if we were using the GOP’s playbook, we should try to split their votes by inserting a sham MAGA candidate lol. Isn’t two party system fun?

  18. keasy_does_it on

Unfortunately, it will not be a landslide. Everyone needs to vote early volunteer or donate or all three. I am sick of being on these subs with us self-felating each other. Your posts do NOTHING. There are real people who are already suffering. What you need to do is get out there and fucking do the work.

Fuck your feelings, fuck your anxiety, fuck your self-diagnosed neuro-divergence. There are real victims that need you.

Trump just needs to lose this one more time and Old Father Time will take care of the problem.

  20. RoutinePlastic8094 on

Unfortunately he’s not going anywhere till our media outlets lose their absolute obsession with him

  21. franking11stien12 on

Isn’t this the same ass clown that was responsible for 2000 mules?

  22. Kind-City-2173 on

Nope. Even if he loses, he will be in the public eye for many years as his court cases work their way through the system. After that, hopefully we won’t hear from him anymore. I better not see any Trump 2028 signs

  23. FredFredrickson on

A much as I can’t stand Trump, if he lost definitively, but not in a landslide, the Republicans would have a harder time shaking him away, and enduring m everything he touches turns to shit, so…

  24. This is true. And this is something that must happen. Barely winning is NOT good enough. We NEED to send a statement.
