  1. The article paints a disturbing image. There are plenty of people I argue with online, but I would never consider trying to intimidate someone this way. I wonder how much further Bubba Pollock would have gone had he not been charged.

    > The sentencing was also attended by about a dozen supporters of Pollock, who continued to jeer at Leroux outside the courthouse.

    Outrageous.

What that coward did is insanely creepy and disgusting. Hope he gets treatment or an a** whopping in jail.

I hope this follows him for the rest of his life. The total lack of respect for another human being (and their loved ones!!) is sickening.

Anyone in his friends, or family, circle that have even a sliver of empathy, for others or their own family, should be cutting this guy out of their life. Even if you don’t have that empathy, what do you think happens the first time you disagree with him?

Someone who thinks this is a rational response to internet arguing should be kept at a far distance, I would definintely be keeping am eye on him in case anyone else disagrees on something, and for what his reaction to other situations might be…..

God took the wrong one that day. He is the definition of douchebag.

    Degens, the lot of em’.

I think what he did was awful.

Is it worse than Swarming a homeless man and stabbing him to death? Or stabbing a high school teacher at school?

Our justice system would think so

*Hornblower pointed to a separate case against Pollock in 2019, when he was convicted of posting an intimate image without consent.*

He sounds like a sick man. I can’t believe people were there to support him. Shameful.

    >Hornblower ruled that an incarceration period of 60 days is necessary to “denounce conduct of this nature.”

    >Pollock was also handed three years of probation, which includes a 12-month ban from social media use.

any idea how exactly they define and monitor “social media use”

with it being so ubiquitous, and so easy to be anonymous, I would think this would be pretty unenforceable (except for the most oblivious internet users)

Yeah, I would have avoided calling police and hope to try to find him first.

  11. When trolling online gets too real.

His supporters are likely those same people who will do anything to own the libs, as they say. And that’s even if the take a MASSIVE L like this
