If he doesn’t take the money, it’ll just go to the much wealthier fincance people.

As someone also raised Catholic, I encourage Murphy to think about all the wealth the Catholic Church has stolen and hoarded over more than a millennia and not worry about it too much.

  3. Catholic guilt is hilarious to evangelicals who wake up in quiet houses and immediately panic about missing the rapture

  4. Fuck him. If enormous amounts of wealth make him guilty, he could always donate it to help others in need. he can always give it to the ones that he says deserve it, but he won’t and continue to be a multi-millionaire.
Poor Cillian, I hope his enormous wealth doesn’t make him too sad!

Why do we always tear down each other cuz of religion and traditions? I see this more with Christianity than any other. Les I remind yall that Cillian is Irish and being Catholic is also part of their cultural identity. So much for tolerance

well, you know he could always like donate it to a food bank or something.

    poor Cillian 🙄🥴

  7. >Speaking previously to The Guardian, the 28 Days Later actor confessed: “I’m just a f*cking actor. There are doctors and nurses and f*cking people that work. I struggle with that. I mean, actors are overpaid, you know?

    >“It’s nice when you get paid, when you’re young, and you’ve gone from having no money, but the Catholic guilt kicks in immediately, and I’m like ‘It’s all going to go wrong. You don’t deserve this’. And I don’t.”

I feel like ppl took the Catholic part too literally
