On first listen, I am simply whelmed. It reminds me specifically of ‘the’ song on an album that would be dedicated to fans and sung at a fancon or concerts that is inoffensive enough for members to have a break from dancing.

It’s still pleasant and fits their voices. Very enjoyable. But nothing id consider returning to.

  2. Wow, it’s their most chill track yet, I like it.

Lucid dreamers don’t want to wake up as well because of REM’s vividness.

    Ayo, the sun eclipse time.

Nice English song, let’s go Lose Yourself mini album and world tour! A lot of us are gonna be able to finally see them live, so good.

okay ig, the best part is Julie’s (where’s my Haneul line?). For a pre-released, not my favourite. Doesn’t build the hype. From the song sampler, I’d prefer if they choose Igloo as pre-release. Even the views from TT and most played moment in YT indicates people prefer Igloo. REM is a full english song, korean might dont even want to pay attention to this.

  4. I really like it, the chill rnb vibe is right up my alley! I wish Haneul got more lines instead of just the pre-chorus twice…

God, this is so good. I think these kinds of songs can easily be boring, repetitive. Is it the tone? Is it the lyrics? It’s just all so good together.

  6. Concert encore vibes. Loved it, looking forward to the rest of the album!

KIOF making sure there’s a lot of Shiny Happy Kissy on this blessed day ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|hug)

  8. On the positive side, it’s really nice to have a softer song and Julie singing a little more. Good easy listening song in the background, would work as a decent b-side and good song to slow down during concerts.

On the negative side, I don’t think it’s a good pre-release song from a promotion perspective. Easy listening sometimes could mean easily forgettable, the MV isn’t really anything special. I don’t know if I would put this on repeat.

  9. This is a nice change from their usual music, slow and dreamy! Something I could see myself listening to while working/walking 🙂

Some of Haneul and Belle’s runs are really really good too!

Really nice, chill R&B ballad. I think it’ll be a perfect album intro track, but as others have said maybe not the best as a standalone pre-release. It really leaves you wanting more.

They sound SO good! Those vocal tones, I’m melting.. all 4 girls have so earpleasing Vocals and they shine in this song! Loved the vibe of the MV, was very enjoyable

  12. This is a really nice song to listen to, however it would be not my pick as a pre release honestly. On my first listen, it was okay but it’s definitely growing on me — idk, I just don’t really enjoy english kpop songs I guess. I’m excited for the rest of the album and the TT but not because of R.E.M. which kinda ruins the whole point of a pre release because you want it to build hype and gather attention before the main dish but this is like…..dessert served first.

I like the softer tone and the underlying melancholy of both the music and the lyrics. Yearning.

Some say than pre-releases are a way to experiment, and I took it as is. I’m sure it will won me over.

Did they mess up the premiere? Because I swear I saw a thread about this song earlier today, but it got deleted not long after

Of course Belle shines in an all English R&B song with Ariana Grande vibes

In true Ariana Grande style I needed the subtitles to follow the lyrics 😅

Anyway, it’s really my style! It was one of my favourites from the sampler and it didn’t disappoint. Super excited for the album ❤️
