It’s always great to get actual news about our alien neighbours.

  2. We are studying imaginary civilizations now? I should have gone into science. I could be really good at studying fake alien civilizations and their downfalls.

  3. There are such wild assumptions being made here that it’s mind-boggling. Exponential population growth and no climate manipulation technology being big ones.

    Projection, much?

If your space neighbours jump into a black hole, you gonna do it to?

The arrogance of thinking you are the pinnacle of universal intelligence…

  6. My study suggests that alien civilizations probably have nice weather and are thriving. The weather looked nice on their planet, i saw it with the Webb telescope.

  7. “Alien civilizations are likely suffering from [exact same problem humans have at this exact moment]” is also pretty bleak critical thinking tbh

Okay. What are we supposed to do with this “information”?
Not to get political but maybe they can immigrate here to Canada! Theres still room under some bridges and carpool lots available for them to live. And a nice big carbon tax should fix them right up 😁

Calling this science is a joke. First, nothing real was measured. Second, the simulation model uses humanity for their factors. Never mind the possibility of intelligent alien life:

    – breathing different atmospheric makeup
    – capable of withstanding temperature thresholds we can’t
    – who have a more utilitarian use of technology, such as or contributing to reduction of waste
    – able to sustain themselves off of renewable resources or have found a way to convert a finite resource into renewable

So congrats, this study says nothing of verifiable extraterrestrial life and everything about humanity’s shortcomings and inability to view the universe outside of its own limited experience.

We don’t know shit about alien life, if it even exists, and therefore can say anything we want about what their civilizations are “probably” doing. Here, I’ll go:

Aliens are probably gargling balls and getting high off their tits every day. They’re slobbing major knob. I know this because I ran a simulation based off my mates’ lifestyle.
