      Fair play to the police, it sounded like they had very little to go on. Covered face, dark hoody, sped in and out on an e-scooter. Pretty impressive work catching him, now for the courts to do their job.

      there was a girl in my year who was nasty, and got away with it because her older brother was “the school bully”, who would happily fight all her fights for her.
      Some family’s “values” strengthen in the worst way when their home life is in shambles, ie ‘protect your family / stick together’.

      That poor girl. Life altering injuries over nothing. I feel so sorry for her, but I’m so glad they arrested the guy.

      Someone willing to do so much damage to a child is a massive danger to society. Throw away the key.

      Arrested for GBH, pretty hard to argue throwing acid to not be a section 18 offence.

      Could be a very punchy prison term here if guilty.
