Oktober 2024 eine Trauernotiz „Ewiger Flug, Bruder“ mit einem Foto einer Su-25, aus der hervorgeht, dass eine russische Su-25 zerstört wurde und der Pilot nicht überlebte. Es ist nicht bekannt, ob es sich um einen ukrainischen Brand oder einen Unfall handelte.

Honestly as much as I hate the Russians and besides the numerous (50+) crashes caused by bad maintenance and technical failures the su-25 is a pretty cool aircraft with a high arment capacity
