Finland should follow the example of other countries/cities in Europe and ban the stupid things completely. They’re all over the sidewalk, and if they’re not they’re in the water or just tossed into the bushes. Kids drive them with three people on it, no regard for anyone else. Oh and the accidents they get themselves hurt in are not great either. Yes I am a grumpy old man.

Who would have guessed, today I was going with bike to do groceries. Two 11-13 year old boys where in front of me heading to the intersection with lights. all red for sidewalk, still one puts wheelie going over the red and other boy follows…. One car needs to lock the breakes since it was green for them(luckily no one behind). Now give these boys scooters and injuries will follow.

  3. While rental scooters should require strong authentication, that only solves one problem, because kids have their own

  4. Well yeah obviously, they drive those scooters with no regards to their own safety, there’s been so many times now where i’ve had to actively keep a lookout for 1 or more scooter kids because they do not care to check angles let alone look around for an incoming car, pedestrian, biker etc.

When they started becoming mainstream i had like 3 moments where i nearly ran them over because they just pulled up infront of my car out of nowhere in my small town when i was out cruising.

Love these people that want to ban it
There is also accident’s on bikes.
Should we ban bicycles too if you not over 18?
    Ridiculous people you are hahhaha
When the cars were first introduced, they were these people also saying omg cars are too fast and causing accidents, need to ban hahhah
How can you be so narrow minded?
Should we buy skateboard’s too, a lot of kids brake legs and hands yearly on them? Keep it over 18?
