Last I saw, Russians took their money to Cyprus and invested in bank giving out high interest loans in Greece and Spain. When switching to Euro’s, the Russians pulled their money out of Greece and Spain via Cyprus banks and fled to Turkey with gobs of cash in Euro’s. The EU put strict controls on Spain and Greece but did not bail out Cyprus. And so Russians are scum and now barbarians invading another country for its resources that were managed far better than the orcs. Many Russians fled with money to Turkey.
That said there is a Canadian based ship carrying so called Russian plywood trying to evade sanctions, seized by the UK. I maintain that the plywood was made from razed Ukrainian National Forests seized by and shipped to Russia for plywood manufacture — which is a damn waste of beautiful hardwood. DNA can and should be checked and once proven the ship should be seized and given to Ukraine as penalty, the cargo should be seized and returned to Ukraine for post war reconstruction, after Ukraine wins!!!!
