Irrelevant. Anything Smith files will be tossed. It’s no different than if I went to court and filed to go after Harris. Neither one us has a Constitutional right to prosecute Americans on behalf of the United States. Lol.
He’s doing it because he believes it’s substantial and he’s throwing it all out there, or most of what he can it seems. Whether it moves the needle or just confirms most of what we suspect anyway who knows.
