The incident that was the subject of the case last year took place in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul. According to the indictment, Betül Nisan Ç., who is a Spanish teacher at a private school and sells jewelry she makes as a side job through her social media account, got close to 14-year-old M.A., a 7th grade student who sent her messages.

HER FAMILY NOTICEDNisa Betül Ç. had sex with M.A., whom she called to her house several times. The situation was learned thanks to the attention of M.A.’s family. Father M.A. said that his son had been in a withdrawn mood lately, and that they learned the truth when they went through his phone while his son was sleeping and filed a complaint.

The detained teacher was arrested and released 4 months later. M.A. stated in his statement that he had sexual intercourse with his teacher 4 times, that these intercourses were voluntary and that he was not forced into the relationship. M.A. said that he felt ashamed after his family learned about the situation and filed a complaint against the teacher.

Betül Nisan Ç. claimed in her statement that the student introduced herself as 16 and that she did not know that he was a minor.

According to the news by Dilek Yaman Demir from Ekol TV, Betül Nisa Ç. was sentenced to 8 years and 4 months for sexual abuse and 6 years and 3 months for keeping the child at home to commit the crime of sexual abuse. The teacher, who received a total sentence of 14 years and 7 months in prison, will go back to prison if her sentence is upheld.

There’s no way this was not consensual. The kid maybe was later forced by his family to file a complaint, but deep down I know the little dude wouldn’t have done this on his own. “bringing shame” to your family is a big thing in muslims states, so I imagine this was the way it went. Besides, banging your hot teacher is every adolescent’s wet dream. 14-15 is prime time dicky sticky for young chaps. The only trauma this kid will have to live with is the fact that having sex caused someone hard years in prison.
