      Great news if it happens but lol at the “secret” part given Ukraine has been asking for this for ages and it’s been constantly talked about for months.

      I understand these are conditions of the weapons being provided, but why do the providers of the weapons want limit how they can be used? Especially when each incremental permission seems to be getting granted anyway?
