Have you tried, like, a supermarket…?
Tell me you are Dutch without telling me.
The Norwegian word would be sjokolade strøssel. But we only use it on the top of cakes/ice cream. It’s not the same. Never seen hagel slag been sold in any stores.
Cacas probably, maybe Meny, but I think they just have rainbow ones.
We got chocolate sprinkles but its mostly for cake-decoration amd consists of 99%sugar with chocolate flavor. I assume these you are referring to are actual chocolate?
Sadly, it’s not really available. The closest would be chocolate sprinkles sold as cake decoration (in Norwegian, strøssel or kakestrø), such as these: https://meny.no/varer/bakevarer-og-kjeks/baking/kakepynt/strossel-sjokolade-5701073062746 And it’s not quite the same.
However, at stores like Coop Obs and Normal you can find (if you look near where they have Nutella and Nugatti) Danish sandwich chocolate, such as this type from Danish manufacturer Galle & Jessen (look for it at the Normal stores): https://www.scandikitchen.co.uk/palaegschokolade/
Or the store-brand Xtra at some of the larger Coop stores.
«Pålægschocolade» (in Danish) is not sprinkles, but a thin piece of chocolate, intended to put on a piece of bread. Or maybe a waffle.

It’s very popular in Denmark, but just somewhat available in Norway.
Sadly you’ll have a hard time finding anything similar here. “Sjokolade strø” is very different imo. Looks the same but nowhere near the same taste or texture.
I could swear I’ve seen coop had their own off brand version, just recently….?
Also, check Normal, how unlikely it might sound. They have various Dutch items at least.
Belgium or the Netherlands 🤷🏻♂️ you’ll get them in Oslo but they are usually used to decorate cakes / cookies, not the abomination that is on toast 😳 as breakfast 😂, if you need a fix I’m going back to Belgium in about 2 weeks or so so can pick some up.
Being Dutch myself and having lived in Norway for the past six years, I’ve never seen it sold in shops here.
Though at Normal I’ve come across thin slices of chocolate to put on bread (small yellow-blue packages), which give off similar vibes.
6years ago at mathallen Oslo i got hold of the De Rujiter hagelslag, not sure if anymore tho. But maybe worth to take a look there.

In my experience (40 years in Norway) – NOWHERE.
NOWHERE.
NOWHERE.
Just returned from the Netherlands with 4 bokses.
I must have “pindakaas met hagelslag”.
Bad news for you, no physical shops sell this.
However, I usually buy from this shop. They can ship to you https://www.tokobintang.no/butikk/products/will-make-you-happy
I just buy about 10kg whenever I am in Belgium. Never seen one in Norwegian supermarkets.
