Hallo,

  1. If you have to ask the question if something is a scam, it’s always a scam!

  2. never click on any links someone sends you on messages. it’s like the post scam

do you usually get a code like that if you pay with that card? If yes, then I would worry

Check in your swisscard app if there is a pending payment for DB. If so, block your card.

    ASAP.

Looks like someone used your credit card but got stuck at 3d secure. Block the card asap in the app/via phone and have Swisscard to issue a new card for you.

    Better be safe than sorry.

    1. if you never visited “DB Vertrieb GmbH” or you didn’t order anything recently with this approximate amount, then it is likely a scam or your card has been “hacked” (misused)
    2. In those cases I highly recommend to check with AECS Swisscard – they have specific phone numbers for such cases (check their homepage). EDIT: Either they can confirm that the SMS is legitimate or if it is a scam. If it is “legitimate” and you didn’t make that purchase, they can help you further (hopefully).
    3. They have an app for their cards, so I would recommend starting using that one (as an additional confirmation to pay something or to see if something went on with the card that you didn’t know about).

If this is how you usually receive these codes, someone probably tried to use your card. And it probably means they have your name, card number and CVV. So in that case you’d be wise to call your bank and block this card immediately, before they use it in places where the SMS code is not required.

  8. Jeeze .. [surv.biz](http://surv.biz) is a scam hosting site. I scanned it just now and it has scams for salt, vodafone, UBS, you name it..

    Just a pure scam.

  9. Thanks a lot for your reply. I called the customer support and blocked the card and number

  10. I got a call yesterday from an Indian sounding gentleman speaking German. He said he was calling from “Zurich Financial Bank” and someone transferred 600CHF to me. If I could tell him my bank, I just told him not interested 😀
