I wonder if Mossad went to the manufacturer and got access to the pagers and rigged them with explosives before them being sent off to Lebanon or if this was actual battery exploding.

That’s a lot more effective than I thought. Wild shit. I wonder how they intercepted all the pagers enroute. Must’ve had them all premade and swapped a container or something.

Nothing beats Mossad’s intelligence gathering and ingenuity.

That’s an insane tactic from Israel. Hope Ukraine are taking notes; exploding vodka

    5. Who manage to transform 1000 pager into mini bomb . can someone explain to me please ? does the pager were the bomb or they detonate other engine? thanks

This is some James Bond movie level of fuck around and find out

Pretty crazy chain of events. They put mini explosives in pagers Hezbollah specifically sourced to have more secure communications…? Wild

This truly is an impressive surgical strike. I’m not sure exactly who qualified for a pager but I assume it had to be someone beyond grunt level soldiers. This has to have crippled the command and control element of Hezbollah and it’s going to make their long-term communication even more difficult.

You know guys I’m starting to think fucking with Israel might be a bad idea.

Wonder how this will affect commercial airline flights with electronic devices.

      Oh no!….

Anyways, my daughter came home from pre-school today and said she had a new best friend, we were delighted to hear about that!

Out the worlds intelligence agencies I’m pretty sure Mossad is the one I’d least like to piss off

Mossad is a fucking menace lmao how do you even do that on such a large scale? Absolutely embarrassed Hezbollah more than I thought was possible

    14. What are the chances that most of these men are officers/nco’s. You dont issue secure devices to random street boys because israel isnt likely to target the rando nobodies with sophisticated tracking methods. They just decapitated the upper level of hezbolla in one genius intel op. Most of these wounds will leave life long debilitating injuries.

Absolutely wild… just took out over a thousand terrorists with little or no collateral damage in a single button push … stuff that movies can’t even make up

This is probably some of the craziest stuff I’ve seen ever, like if they did this in a movie I’d say it’s unrealistic.

    17. The latest number I saw were 2750 (or more) injured, 200 critically, 6 dead. That is the physical damage, and it is substantial.
Now consider the psychological damage. Hezbollah moved to pagers because they thought they was safer than mobile phones. And Mossad replied, “I see you!”

Israel was able to take out, mentally and physically, a sizable part of your enemy and did not fire a shot.

Enter the little fighter cheat code to explode all the Akbar pagers

    19. Hezbollah switched to pagers for OPSEC. You’ve got to wonder is Israeli counterintelligence encouraged it once the plan was in place to booby trap the pagers.

Not only have they killed a few (hopefully no noncombatants) and clearly severely maimed numerous Hezbollah members (I’ve heard that at least some noncombatants were injured as well) such that they cannot participate in hostilities, but they have at least temporarily degraded command and control, and the attack has utility as a psyop telling members “even if you try to avoid us hacking you, we can still touch you”.

Seeing those images, there’s no way that those were just consumer grade batteries overheating. Either there were traditional explosive charges planted, or there was some weird battery chemistry that made them even more explosive than lithium ion batteries.

Damn wtf, I want to say this is a new low for Israel but the last year has proven they don’t care about collateral damage.
