      Animators and game designers need be getting more than just wages. They need to fight for profit sharing. If they make something and it ends up being a massive hit for the studio, the crunch they put in should result in some sliver of the largess.

      Disney screwed over Pixar by releasing their last bunch of films only on Disney+.

      The studio used to print gold for them and then they neglected it because they had Marvel and Star Wars.

      I get it Covid happened but they should have tried at least releasing Soul once Theaters came back.
