Ich werde zwei Nächte alleine in Brügge verbringen und habe mir selbst einen Plan gemacht. Ich war schon in Gent, Brüssel und Hasselt und freue mich darauf, auch Brügge zu erkunden!

I dont know if The Chocolate Line actually sells waffles. That said, it is worth a visit, their chocolate is amazing.
3 days to go from the grote markt to het minnewaterpark? The minnewaterpark is something you walk through on your way to the grote markt

Perhaps check a [city card](https://www.museabrugge.be/museabruggecard)? Not sure if most of it falls under that card, but it might help cut some costs if you’re interested.
Seems like you’ve covered most attractions. Be prepared that Bruge is more tourist oriented and some parts/places can feel like a tourist trap compared to Ghent.
Don’t presume that the buildings are as they were in the Middle Ages, what you see is the Neo-Gothic inspired ‘restoration’ of what the Middle Ages looked like. This was done in the 19th century by Louis Delacenserie.
Also, please watch the movie ‘In Bruges’ with Collin Farrell. Great comedy

Great plans, but you could certainly add in a fair few more locations – Bruges really isn’t big! You’ll definitely have time to do your ‘might see’ options and more.
If beautiful church architecture is your thing, I’d definitely add in the OLV ter Potterie church, as well as the Carmelite church on Ezelstraat and, if you have time, the St Anna’s church too (just for the amazing painting inside).
If you’re more into art then the Groeninge gallery is a must-see and the Arentshuis is quite interesting (i think you get entry included if you visit the Groeninge), and for museums of local life, then the lace museum and the folk museum (just re-opened this weekend) are really worth a visit.
For weirdness, try to get into the Lucifernum and check out the peculiar/cursed antique and curio places like Vie de Vue, and for interesting architectural details and spots for atmospheric photos, maybe rent a bike and explore some of the back streets away from the centre, or take the evening walking tour.
Food plans are great – also consider ‘One’ on Arsenaalstraat and Lion Belg on Langestraat for decently-priced and very well made Flemish food, and for chocolates I’d also suggest Van Oost (small, but really good handmade pralines, especially the Earl Grey tea and the rosemary ones) and Spegelaere (really colourful chocolate seafood!), and also the little sweetshop on Jan van Eyckplein for the big liquorice rats. All entirely subjective opinions of course…..hope you have a great time whatever you end up doing!
