    Kann mir bitte jemand erklären, ob das Sinn macht und wenn ja, wie? Wie kann das gelbe Symbol (ESC) nur angezeigt werden, wenn es aktiv ist, aber auch nur, wenn es deaktiviert (oder defekt) ist? Da übersehe ich wohl irgendwas.

      It’s a little miss translated: ESC has 3 states:
      1. It is enabled and actively influencing your car
      2. It is enabled, but standing by.
      3. It is disabled (by turning it off or by being faulty)

      If the symbol is lit, it is either
      a) actively influencing your car at the moment (the light is flashing) or
      b) completely out of service (the light is continuously on)

      ESC is active in background all the time and checks the grip of your tyres while riding. when the system intervenes, i.e. becomes active, it flashes yellow.

      if there’s a defect or turned off, the yellow light stays on

      it wouldn’t make sense, to show you a signal, if the system is only active in background and does “nothing”
