Leute, ich habe diesen Kaffee bei meiner letzten Reise in Podgorica gekauft. Ich habe die Verkäuferin nicht gefragt, aber ist er für Dzezve? Weil aus der Moka nichts kommt.

  1. You boil water first. Then you remove it from the heater and add coffee (usually 1 full teaspoon/cup). Then put the pot back on heater. The level of coffee will rise, don’t let it overflow, aka remove it before that happens. Then repeat the process 2 more times and that’s it. If you want to sweeten it (which I don’t ever do) add sugar before the water boils so it dissolves well. There you go. If you have any additional questions, fire away 🙂

  2. Yes, you need džezva. I am not 100% sure, but I think it’s impossible to make it without it. If you somehow get džezva, sip water in it and wait for it to boil. If you drink your coffee with sugar, put one or two teaspoons of sugar, and wait again for water to boil. Now put one or two teaspoons of coffee in džezva, mix it, and again, wait for it to boil.

You do not need dzezva even tho we all make it like that here in Crna Gora. You can just boil water and add it to the cup on top of the coffee.

You can Google Turkish coffee if you want more recipes on how to make it. It’s ground too fine so it’s not for moka. You need a džezva or a similar small pot. One tip I can give you, if you actually want tasty Turkish coffee – don’t let the water boil.

Get a dzezva. Choose a cup you want to drink from and fill it with water, then put the same amount in dzezva. Before the water boils remove it from the stove and add 3 tsp of coffee. Stir the coffee then put the dzezva back on the stove till it boils. Pour it in your cup. Done.

make sure to mix it during boiling stage so it all gets the same temperature treatment and dont let it overflow or it will not have the taste you’d want

    also, buy Kopa next time

First of all throw this away. Then buy Kopa coffee and follow instructions others have provided.
