In recent weeks, there have been multiple instances of enemy troops refusing to perform combat and special tasks (logistics and engineering work) in the Hlyboke – Lyptsi direction and in Vovchansk.
The enemy increasingly deploys personnel who are morally unprepared for any tasks.
Seems like the meat doesn’t trust the grinder operator for some reason.

Surely, every army has to use units without combat experience sometimes? Obviously, it is better to have such actions carefully chosen, but that is a luxury not always available. Not saying this is the case here, but in a long attritional war like this one, new units are going to have to start coming in action eventually.
