A day earlier, Russian authorities claimed that a diesel locomotive and 11 cars of the freight train derailed at the Novy Oskol-Volokonovka span. The Russians are averaging 1 train derailment a day. Ukraine seem to be blowing up a Russian railway or bridge every other day. Pretty good numbers.
