This is honestly the best path out.
As much as Hamas leadership deserves to pay for their crimes, the real goal is to dissolve hamas and reduce the Palestrina’s trust in such militant groups. If the remaining Hamas leaders accept such an offer for safety in exile, the Palestinian population will see all the sacrifices they had to go through were for naught, while hamas militant will have to realize that their leaders don’t want to become martyrs and just cowards that were using them.

Not that I give a shit about Hamas. I just don’t think Israel wants to end the war under any circumstances. They just want to take Gaza and the West Bank.

Hot take, Sinwar needs to remain alive if we want the war to end and be on the best path to keeping future wars from occurring.
He absolutely deserves to die for the crimes against humanity that he orchestrated. But killing him turns him into a martyr, one that will only incite future attacks. Keeping him alive will show the Palestinian people that he abandoned them, and like someone else said here, show them to not trust militant groups like Hamas.
The only variable in this take is how well can Israel keep Sinwar ineffective once he’s out of Gaza. If he can still direct Hamas from outside of Gaza, then he should absolutely not be given a chance to leave alive.

Never going to happen, even if the entire world help, it will take years to rebuild Gaza, even the elite and rich in Gaza will live in poverty for a long time.
Exiting Gaza will mark him as a traitor.

Israel proposed giving Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar safe passage out of Gaza in exchange for the group freeing the hostages it holds and giving up control of the strip, a senior official said, even as doubts deepen about the two sides’ ability to reach any cease-fire accord.
“I’m ready to provide safe passage to Sinwar, his family, whoever wants to join him,” Israel hostage envoy Gal Hirsch said in an interview Tuesday in the Bloomberg News Washington bureau. “We want the hostages back. We want demilitarization, de-radicalization of course — a new system that will manage Gaza.”

Safe passage doesn’t mean anything when Israel have shown that they will bomb a consulate in another country to kill someone (and all the other dead innocents will just be collateral damage) without giving two fucks , and will not suffer any repercussions. Like why would the Hamas leader go for this kinda “deal”? Lol

And as such, the paper tiger named hamas can continue to exist and allow israel to continue it’s crimes.
