Idea is good but who will pay the bill?

Germany cant even pay for their own infrastructure, but if Italy or the other EU states want to finance our crumbling infrastructure they are very welcome

If it is just another cash grab that german (and other northern European) taxpayers have to pay for other countries while our own infrastructures crumbles away, and this is what it seems like with Euro Bonds and EU taxes they can forget about it
