If Harris wins, Biden will be unleashed Nov 6 – Jan 20 to greatly send war material to Ukraine, without any blowback on Harris.
In any case, Putin’s reputation is slipping bc of Kursk incursion. A big win now will greatly help Putin. The calendar time for a big push is limited, bc mud season then winter is coming. Putin can’t wait till next spring / summer to repair his reputation.
