This is just standard hemp sprayed with a grey market alt-noid like HHC (for example). It’s not cannabis in any meaningful sense. In this case the “noid” is THCPO.

It’s probably not for smoking and getting high no, hemp has been a part of our culture for years, we would boil the seeds in water to soothe babies and sometimes put the seeds in our bread too. I think I remember having a village named after cannabis too but I’m not totally sure.
