      So, do they just buy it from Russia and resell it or what ?

      Of course relative increases can be hard to interpret. But either way, it’s clear that the EU quickly needs to ban all petroleum product imports from India.

      So in 2018 they exported basically nothing and now they export something?

      India and China are benefitting from Russian war so much that of course they are not interested in peace.

      India is buying Russian oil at ruinous discounts–Russia is literally paying India to go broke just so that they have cash flow. My dad works for Tata in the energy sector and he says the Russians are getting taken for everything but the fillings in their teeth.

      If I had the time and energy I would make a poland ball out of this, it would go something like

      *Angry EU*: How dare stupid smelly Indians buy Russian gas!
      *Quiet EU*: Psssst India, can we plz buy all of your Russian gas?
