Looks like Russia just tried to ctrl+alt+delete a drone.

We need to toss a few home on jam missiles in that area for training purposes.

Ooops I’m sorry Russia I don’t know how our missiles hit your jammers unless you were trying to disrupt GPS in that area?

Looks like Russia is taking the game “Capture the Flag” to a whole new level…

    NATO’s member’s GDP: $45 trillion.

    Russian GDP: $2.05 trillion.

Another news about NATO: “cautious impotence.”

Would it be feasible to switch to Galileo as backup or is that also susceptible to the same jamming ?

  6. I wonder if it’s just a case of they LET the UAVs be jammed and off-lined because their operational mission wasn’t critical enough to expose what the fallback recovery path is to keep flying?

China probably gave them the tools, we all know Russians can’t make sophisticated weapons.

This is news but not news at the same time. Putin is testing Western resolve in our generally hands off approach to the Russian Ukrainian war. He knows we have weapons that can counteract this GPS jamming actively and passively. So the news is the provocative act. The none news is that it’s not as bad as we civilians think it is.

If GPS is jammed can’t a drone still navigate pretty accurately via IMU’s?

  10. I knew these drones weren’t small but I d8dnt think it was bigger than a bus

  11. At least a response should be for NATO to start jamming anything flying in russia.

This is literally a direct attack. Fucking blow their jammers up and tell them anymore direct aggression will result in the destruction of the Black Sea fleet.

  13. It’s a good confirmation that the RQ-4B missions really bug the Russians (pun intended), so that they feel the need to come up with cope stories like this.

Wouldn’t it be a shame if the favour was returned when the next 158 wooden drones fly over
