Whoever decided to send these charges, should do Malta a favor and just retire in the other side of the planet somewhere.
Also pissing off cybersecurity people is a very dumb idea.
This is how you end up with your systems being hacked/ddossed etc by the more unhinged cyber security people.

The Government could have used this as a super easy springboard to start to build cybersecurity up as a low risk, high income economic sector.
But no, let’s allow the lives of 3 great students and their lecturer to be absolutely ruined, and continue to bank on online gambling (with a Malta licence that means jack shit) and cryptos.
