You need to verify. If you try to apply for a job offer that asks for German skills you either verify that you have the required skill level or you can’t apply to the job and need to keep looking where language skills aren’t a requirement.
Did you also apply for jobs like dishwachins and cleaning? And do you and your friends have identical profiles?
In any way, if you want to apply for jobs that require German, either go through the process of verifying your language proficiency, or don’t apply for these jobs, or go through a different site than this app to apply.
