Aserbaidschan erweitert sein „Staatliches Stipendienprogramm“. In diesem Jahr haben 500 Studenten ein Stipendium für ein Auslandsstudium erhalten. 135 von ihnen werden in den „Top 10 Rankings“ studieren. Von etwa 800 Bewerbern haben 500 Studenten das Stipendium erhalten, was es zu einem der am leichtesten zugänglichen Stipendien der Welt macht.

Like it or not this is so far one of the most successful government project.
I hope people who got this scholarship will fulfill their roles as well in future. Most of the people that I spoke to about coming back to country have said no.
